I have listened to you on Cheryln’s show on Achieve Radio and I wanted to let you know that your energy is highly vibrational. I am not sure but after listening to your Activation I did feel myself in a high vibration state. So, thanks again for the Activation. I have listened to it multiple times since then and I have a quick question, the first time I listened to your Activation process I did feel anger burst out of me. Do you know why that could be?

Thank you for your email! I appreciate your question and I am truly grateful that you received a healing experience through the Activation! In answer to your question, “during the activation I did feel anger burst out of me, do you know why that is?” Part of the healing process is to release that which is energetically blocking you from healing and moving forward. Part of the activation that you gave permission to receive by participating and listening to the recording requested that Source assist you to release all darkness, all anger, all sadness, all depression, all negativity, etc. in order for you to be able to heal and receive the Light Activation to a greater degree and best benefit.
In the interview Cheryln asked me why do we want to hold more Light and the answer is because it is ultimately how we raise our own energetic vibration. Why do you want to raise your own energetic vibration? Because, the more Light you hold, the faster you are able to move to a higher level of consciousness and the more understanding and ability you have to create the life you desire (rather than being subject to the lessons you are currently repeating or feel trapped by).
